Decent food, good service

Typically the service and food is pretty good but not this time. The chicken was over cooked and dry and the fries were under cooked and cold. May give them one more chance every business has a bad day.

Food is good for a reasonable price. Love all the options for fries.

VERY LOUD. Which is probably great when you're there for The Sports but wasn't the greatest for a nice dinner with my mom and gramma. Still, my wings and fries were super yummy and the waitress was sweet. The fried mushrooms were soggy, but I'm not bit into mushrooms so it wasn't that much of a hardship. Would recommend.

Terrible service! The waitress was God awful and so was the food! We got Two chicken sandwiches and cheeseballs they were so burnt I could not eat them. And my teriyaki sandwich just tasted like soy sauce. The waitress forgot my brothers order and charge me for a beer when I don’t even drink. She also brought out our side and main dish at random. We had to go to the bar to check out because we waited over 30 minutes to check out.

The atmosphere was very pleasing. My french dip was dry & the dip tasted like water downed bouillon cubes

45 minutes to get lunch and they weren't even that busy. Tables that ordered after us got their food first, eat, paid their bill and left before we got our food! Don't go there unless you have a lot of time you want to spend waiting!

The burgers are fantastic, the atmosphere is fun and relaxing and the sour cream fries are the best!

Came in today to enjoy some good food, and the service was horrible. The waitress only came over after she was told to by the manager, who was very rude to me when I asked of they were still serving. I had to ask because we sat at our table for 15 minutes before even being helped.

They have good food & I like their gambling machines they have there.

This place is great! The burgers are awesome and they have a variety of other very good items as well! Good for families or for drinking beers and watching a game!

Always good burgers. If it weren't for Bob's Bar in Martinsburg, these would be the best burgers in the area. But it does have the advantage of not having to drive a half hour into Nebraska, which makes them the best burgers close to my parents house, so I eat them more often

Atmosphere and location and of course the FOOD

Never had a problem here until today. We sat and waited while staff ignored us. Asked if they were still serving, got a rude, "Yes". Extremely long wait. I may have missed it, but did not see any table wiped after customers left.

Great service and very spaced out, which help out with current events. Over all great place.

Awesome we had to wait for a little bit but it was pretty busy once we got our server she was on point food was ok burger was a bit burnt! But because all the other times I been there it's usually on point

Great Food

Great place to enjoy the game while eating some fantastic foods. It's clean, the servers are friendly and fun. The selection of fries is out of this world, I always enjoy the tots. They have a burger topping bar that makes every burger perfect. Im not a drinker but my buddies tell me the drinks are fantastic. If you're in the mood to gamble they have machines for that. You can even sit outside, enjoy the weather and catch the game. Looking for something lighter try the salad with chicken.

Fast service, good food

Had the worst service ever tonight! First 3 different servers argued over who would take our table when we walked in, because nobody wanted to. Then we order food, it was made incorrectly. Waited 30 minutes for our server to come back to let her know about the food, told her and she went back to the kitchen, asked if we wanted it to go because by that time the rest of our table was done eating and ready to leave. Waited another 15 for that to be corrected. Didn't get so much as a sorry. We did not receive any drink refills, then when I get home with my to go/make up order, the wrap was filled with 90% lettuce, and a little onion, grease, salt, and 1 piece of chicken. It tasted like old burnt grease and salt so bad I couldnt eat it and threw it out. Spent over $100.00 and received the worst service I've ever received at any restaurant. Never again will I go to this excuse for a restaurant.

Service is typically slow. Normally don't mind, bit tonight it was non-existent. Workers were sharing FB photos and ignoring people sitting. We did not order food because it took 35 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge we were there. Will consider that the next time we go to watch a game.

The food over cooked bad service. Fish should not be able to used as a hockey puck. Catfish was the worst ever had. Never come here.

It is hit or miss for us with this place. The food is pretty good. Service is sometimes great and sometimes so so. They made some menu changes and it doesn’t seem like the value it used to be, but it is nice to have a local place to go.

Arrived at 11am on a Saturday. One person working in the restaurant area. Server was not prepared to wait on more then one table and was visibly flustered that customers were coming in to eat. When I arrived there was only one other table of two. It took over an hour to get served our food. It was undercooked and cold. The burger I ordered was red in the middle. The prices were not clear on the menu. I can say I found Sugar Daddy's disappointing and will not be returning.

Very nice service

I've been here a few times and every time the food is good. Also, they've always had good beers on tap. Tonight, Shiner Cheer. Their burgers are great! The chicken is good. I recommend Sugar Daddy's if you're in town. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Awesome food. Quick and friendly service. Good drinks. You can gamble if you want. TVs plastered on every surface showing any and all games in the annals of sports you could imagine. I highly recommend.

Normally I would rave about this place, but my last visit was sub par. We were waiting a while, a couple of the servers didn't seem to want to be there, and i didn't see much cleaning going on between customers. Food was still great though.

Had a buffalo ranch bacon cheese burger.very good..cooked perfectly,definitely will eat here again.

Meh. Overpriced for a mediocre burger. Burnt outside and overdone inside making it dry. Sides are ala carte, so a burger and fries will set you back $15. Been a few times and not impressed. Service Is also slow. An hour to make burgers..

OK food but a bit on the expensive side.

To bad about this place. Got there 5:50 walked out 7:20 no food lot of other things wrong but makes no difference maybe a manager on duty would have helped . I'll never know. Only good thing that happened was the kid at the hostess station with the little girl pony and the discusting tooth pick got to eat. We watched him through the door while we were waiting.

We sat there for nearly 10 minutes before anyone noticed us to take our order. The menu said nacho cheese was on the cheese nachos, when they were brought out it was just melted shredded cheese. When asked why we didn't eat them, we said the menu says nacho cheese. She replied yeah we don't have that. Was not asked if we'd like something else and was not taken off the ticket. We used to go here every Friday, but it's gone downhill since the remodel.

We've been there numerous times... burgers, sides n football are great combo, made new friends... servers n staff go beyond Your expectations for You to enjoy Your visit... highly recommend.

We like how they remodeled,seems more like a happening place, had the boneless wings and steak fries,really good and fullfilling..!

Had to wait forever, the wait staff were talking to people.

We love this place for the amazing burgers! They have very friendly staff and great service even when they are super busy.
